Corporate Boot Camp

The Corporate Boot Camp Program is a highly structured group exercise class that meets outside in front of your office 2x/week on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.  Each class is different, and focuses on increasing your cardiovascular stamina, strength, and resistance training for a well-rounded, full body workout.  Participants at all levels are encouraged to join.  The following schedule highlights the boot camp classes and the workout dimensions covered:

Monday Boot Camp (Long Runs/Jogs/Walks)

    • Cardio Endurance
    • Agility
    • Flexibility

Wednesday Boot Camp (Sports Conditioning)

    • Cardiovascular VO2 Max (Anaerobic)
    • Speed/Agility/Quickness
    • Power
    • Plyometric

 

Group Strength Training

Group Strength Training meets 2x/week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 – 6:15pm in your corporate gym.  This program is organized in a circuit training manner and focuses on resistance training.

    • Balance and Stabilization

    • Plyometric
    • Strength: Endurance, Hypertrophy
    • Power
    • Flexibility

Whether you're training to qualify for the Boston Marathon, or just starting out in fitness to lose weight, this program is fantastic. Jeff, the instructor, is a master at learning each person's goals and abilities and then translating that into a workout that gives you the results you're looking for, all the while doing in a group atmosphere that makes it fun. As an Iron Man Triathlete and Ultra-Marathoner, I have relied on programs like this to give me the cross-training and core strength needed to get to the next level, and this is one of the best. I wanted to take a moment to tell you how great Bootcamp has been. Bobby and Derek as well as Robin are such a great team!  They have been a tremendous help in getting me back to shape and feeling strong and healthy.  With 3 small kids all under 5- I need all the energy and strength I can get.
