Boot Camp is a combination of cardio, body weight exercises and interval and strength training in a group setting usually outside or inside during inclement weather. Our Boot Camp Coaches are highly qualified, motivational fitness professionals who will guide you to achieve your fitness goals and accelerate you towards the results you want. The Fitness Image Results Boot Camp program is customized to fit your fitness level and designed to help you Level Up and push your body to work harder and smarter.
60 minute workouts will keep you engaged and focused. Your teammates in the group class inspire, motivate and push you to do your best. Adult, Senior and Youth classes are available.
