Athletes will enhance their Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Vertical Jump while building a strong foundation of power, mobility, and coordination. Our program emphasizes fundamental movements for all sports, improving each athlete’s conditioning through a dedicated focus on functional movement skills and proper body mechanics. Participants will also learn advanced regeneration and recovery methods to facilitate rapid healing following intense exercise, practice, or competition. We incorporate ATG’s corrective exercise curriculum to promote better movement and overall athletic balance. These techniques are designed to prevent injuries arising from muscle imbalances, both overactive and underactive.
