I love your Virtual Training workouts! Love the focus on strength with just enough cardio thrown in for heart rate elevation. The hill/stair runs have already shaved a minute per mile off my runs!

I am very grateful for Virtual Training. It has allowed me to stay committed to doing more than just running. I NEVER thought these little arms would EVER be lifting 20lb. weights consistently. The most amazing thing is that the problem I was having with my left arm since last January has finally gone away, and I am now regaining strength and flexibility. The problem was in the upper left arm on the outside, something in the outer middle that was excruciatingly painful every time I put on a jacket or reached out beside or behind me. So glad that is done and continuing to make progress!
