Personal Fitness Goals/Accomplishments:
Competitive gymnast for 14 years. I hate running and cardio but love all strength based activities. I have been lifting for 32 years. Love trying new things and activities, like trapeze and rock climbing, but I always come back to my basics of lifting and walking.

Hobbies:
Hiking and taking walks, watching movies with my boys, going to the beach, and spending time with my family.
