I emphasize a well-rounded approach that includes strength, power, endurance, mobility, injury prevention, and sport-specific skills. My philosophy is about building a complete athlete or fitness enthusiast, not just focusing on one aspect of fitness.

Personal Fitness Goals/Accomplishments:

My own fitness journey started with me realizing how out of shape I was in middle school. I decided in my life to always make health a priority. So for me, being consistent at this for now almost ten years is the greatest accomplishment & my goal is to keep it up!

Hobbies:

Working Out (haha), Cigars, Spending time with my family & friends!
