Each Boot Camp is different and focuses on improving your cardiovascular stamina and increasing your muscle tone and strength while decreasing your body fat and changing your body composition. Virtual Training focuses on overall core strength and stability, as well as resistance and cardiovascular training. Plus, flexibility and mobility are emphasized in each workout.
