Strength & Performance Training
$25.00 – $180.00
PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND SPORTS CONDITIONING:
Athletes will enhance their Strength, Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Vertical Jump while building a strong foundation of power, mobility, and coordination. Our program emphasizes fundamental movements for all sports, improving each athlete’s conditioning through a dedicated focus on functional movement skills and proper body mechanics. Participants will also learn advanced regeneration and recovery methods to facilitate rapid healing following intense exercise, practice, or competition. We incorporate ATG’s corrective exercise curriculum to promote better movement and overall athletic balance. These techniques are designed to prevent injuries arising from muscle imbalances, both overactive and underactive.

TEEN (GIRLS) STRENGTH, SPEED, & POWER (SSP):
This program is designed to build foundational athletic performance by focusing on strength, speed, and power, key components for success in any sport:
- Strength: The ability to produce force against resistance, essential for performance and resilience. A stronger athlete performs better and withstands external forces more effectively.
- Speed: The ability to change position rapidly. Strength underpins the continued transfer of force needed to maintain velocity, enhancing overall speed.
- Power: The capacity to exert force quickly, critical for explosive movements in sports. Stronger athletes generate greater power, boosting performance.
This class incorporates the Starting Strength Method of Basic Barbell Training by Mark Rippetoe, emphasizing:
- Maximum muscle engagement.
- Full effective range of motion.
- Progressive weight increases.
Participants will master five core barbell exercises: Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean (when ready). Alongside building strength, teens will develop proprioception, neuromuscular efficiency, and movement mechanics to reduce injury risk.
Whether you’re new or experienced, this program fosters teamwork, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to strength while helping athletes reach their goals.
