Dumbbell Tip! Curling both arms up at the same time is more difficult than one arm at a time. If reps become heavy and you feel yourself falling out of proper alignment, an easy change is to switch to one arm at a time. Try both dumbbells for a multi-jointed exercise, Iike a Chest Press or an Overhead Tricep, or with one weight at a time for a single-jointed exercise. #KnowYourDumbbells #FitnessImageResults #DOSOMETHING
